How long does it take to start?
We agree the start date with HR and provide the team’s access details. Each employee has 3–5 days to complete the free placement exam. We review the results with your hotel before activating paid daily practice.
How much time does it take out of the shift?
At least 15 minutes a day, whenever each person chooses, in several sessions if needed. No classrooms, no fixed timetable: the practice fits a break or the minutes before clocking in.
What happens if an employee stops practicing?
The dashboard shows it and their direct manager gets the alert. A couple of days without practice do not erase progress: the system picks up where they left off, without penalty.
What English do they practice?
English exclusively for the hotel industry, by position: 19 positions across 8 departments, each with its own situations — the check-in, the complaint, the menu, the luggage — at each person’s CEFR level, from A1 to C2.
How much does it cost?
The placement exam and the needs analysis are free for the whole property. Plans are priced per property per month, from $289 USD for up to 20 employees, on quarterly, six-month or annual contracts; the first month can be free, to try it.
