A CEFR placement exam, 5-minute daily practice via WhatsApp, and a dashboard your HR team reads at a glance. By role — front desk, bell staff, F&B — and by level, from A1 to B2.
Inglés Hotelero is the English training platform for hotels and chains in Mexico, Spain, and Latin America, founded in 2024 in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. It teaches functional, role-specific English — front desk, bell staff, and restaurant (F&B) — with CEFR assessment and daily practice via WhatsApp, delivered as a web app.
When an employee can't communicate, they sidestep the guest. The guest notices. The review says so.
"Staff was not fluent in English." That one line on TripAdvisor or Google costs you room nights and a reputation built over years.
A front desk agent with B1 sells upsells, explains amenities, and keeps the guest coming back. Without the language, the opportunity is lost every shift.
Four connected engines. You see it as a dashboard; your team experiences it as five minutes a day on WhatsApp.
30 minutes per employee: diagnostic, listening with real audio, and spoken responses scored by AI.
Five minutes on shift: listen, respond, speak. By role and by level, with a visible streak.
Progress per employee, inactivity alerts, and exportable CEFR certificates.
Consolidated corporate dashboard, cohorts by department, and per-property billing.
Modules built for your property, your brand, and your city: directions to your real points of interest, your chain's service standards, the dishes on your menu. Vocabulary sticks best when it's the vocabulary used tomorrow on shift — and the result isn't just better English, it's better service.
Your logo, your domain, and your corporate reporting, on top of our CEFR assessment engine and daily practice. You bring the brand; we run the system.
English isn't learned in a classroom. It's learned where it's used: on shift, in front of the guest.
Three pieces of the system, live. What your team and your HR department would see from day one of the pilot.

Plans are complemented by a one-time placement exam of $50 USD per employee, which sets each employee's starting CEFR level. No hidden costs under the perforation.
We spent three years hiring classroom courses. Employees memorized grammar and still couldn't run a check-in in English. With Inglés Hotelero, I saw real change in 60 days.
The dashboard saves me two meetings a month. I used to ask every supervisor how their team was doing. Now I open one tab, see everything, and already know what decision to make.
My bell staff used to be afraid of crossing paths with an English-speaking guest. Now they seek them out. That change in attitude, even more than the CEFR level, is what matters most to me.
A 14-day pilot with one department, free and with no credit card. On day 14, we review the diagnostic together. If there is measurable progress, we quote. If not, we close with no obligation.
