How is a hotel employee’s English level assessed?
The Inglés Hotelero exam takes 1 hour to 1 hour 30, in several sessions, and has three parts: a few questions about the person and their shift, 15 listening items in natural voices, and 8 spoken responses to on-the-job situations (check-in, complaints, menu). An AI transcribes and scores the voice; the result is a CEFR level from A1 to C2 with a per-employee recommendation.
How much does the English exam cost per employee?
Nothing — it is free, for your whole team. It includes the full diagnostic, the CEFR result, and the starting recommendation for the daily practice program.
Is it a grammar exam?
No. It is a role-play of the actual job: a front desk agent responds to an arriving guest, a server explains a menu, a bell boy escorts a guest to the room. It measures what the guest hears, not what a textbook asks.
