What does the per-property price include?
Each plan covers an entire property across all 8 departments (front desk, bell staff, restaurant/bar, housekeeping, concierge, spa, security, and maintenance): daily practice on a lean web-based platform, the HR dashboard, and a CEFR level record for each person. The plan is billed per property, not per person: you can add and remove anyone within your band at no extra charge — with 49% annual turnover, that matters. The placement exam is not billed at all: it is free for your whole team.
Is there a lock-in or mandatory contract?
We work on quarterly, six-month or annual contracts, per property. Annual billing pays 10 months instead of 12, and the first month can be free, to try it. The Enterprise plan (chains and groups) is quoted case by case. The placement exam is free and carries no obligation — you decide after seeing your team's level map.
What does the free placement exam include?
A CEFR-aligned placement exam (A1 to C2) of 1 hour to 1 hour 30, pausable, plus a needs analysis, for every employee at the property, scored by position rather than by generic grammar, with no obligation and no contract. You keep the results whether or not you subscribe. From day one, HR follows the exam on its dashboard. Daily practice starts with your plan, and the first month can be free.
How do you invoice?
We quote in USD, MXN, or EUR. Before signing, we confirm the currency, billing details, and invoicing setup that apply to your property. For hotel groups, we define whether billing will be handled by property or coordinated with corporate.
