How does HR measure staff English progress?
The Inglés Hotelero dashboard shows in real time each employee’s CEFR level, their daily practice streak, scheduled exams, and inactivity alerts. Everything filters by department, role, and property, and exports to PDF or CSV for corporate.
Does HR have to request reports from supervisors?
No. The system logs every drill and every exam automatically. If an employee goes 5 days without practicing, their direct manager gets the alert — HR doesn’t have to chase anyone or build reports by hand.
Are the certificates valid for the personnel file?
Certificates are aligned to the Common European Framework (CEFR) scale and export per employee, ready for the personnel file and for corporate. They are our measurement, not an official exam: they do not equal or replace Cambridge, Trinity, Aptis or TOEFL, and should not be presented as such in a visa or immigration process. For the employee they are an objective record of their level and their progress.
